Delivery

The Company delivers the Products to mainland France, Corsica and Monaco. If you have any questions regarding delivery outside mainland France, we advise you to contact our Customer Service by email at the following address contact@maisoncastiglione.com or via the contact form available on the Site.

Delivery will be made to the delivery address confirmed by the Customer at the time of the Order as the "delivery address", which may be different from the "billing address". The Company reserves the right to choose the carrier.

The availability date depends on the stock status, the date the Order is shipped and the availability time induced by the availability method. For all Products, the average availability times observed are four (4) to nine (9) working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from the confirmation of the Order by email. Delivery costs are calculated when the order is placed.

The availability dates and deadlines indicated by the Company are given for informational purposes only. The Company reserves the right to postpone previously announced dates. As an exception, "pre-order" operations may be subject to longer delivery times.

Exceeding the estimated delivery time indicated cannot give rise to any cancellation of the Order, to any reduction in the price paid by the Customer and to any payment of damages. However, in the event of non-delivery within thirty (30) days from the maximum estimated delivery time, the Customer will have the option of cancelling the Order free of charge. The sums paid will then be refunded. In cases where it is able to do so, the Company reserves the right to offer the Customer a Product of equivalent quality and price to the Product initially ordered.

Upon receipt of the Order, it is the responsibility of the Customer, or the authorized recipient of the Order, to check the conformity of the product(s) made available with the Order, before signing the delivery slip attached to the package. In the event of a problem, the Customer must issue handwritten reservations on the delivery slip accompanied by his signature (Damaged Product, Missing Product, etc.) and to the carrier within three (3) working days following receipt of the item(s) by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The Customer will inform the Company in writing to the email address contact@maisoncastiglione.com, by mail to the Company's address, MC PARIS - 60 rue François 1er - 75008 Paris or via the contact form available on the Site.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Orders placed on the Site cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed and shipped. The Customer may return their order upon receipt if it is not satisfactory.

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Products purchased on the Site to notify the Company's customer service of their wish to exercise their right of withdrawal to return the Products.

For the customer service to accept an exchange and/or refund, the Product must be returned unused, complete, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the Company when the return is made from the country in which the Product was originally delivered. In all other cases, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

To exercise this right of return, the Customer must, within the aforementioned period of fourteen (14) days, contact customer service to obtain a return slip, by email at the following address: contact@maisoncastiglione.com.The Company, in the event that the Customer exercises this right, will reimburse the Customer for the price of the returned Products (excluding any customs charges), within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following receipt of the returned Products. This reimbursement will be made by crediting the bank account used to pay for the Order.

Guarantees and liability

The Company sells to the Customer a Product which conforms to the Purchase and is free from defects of conformity upon delivery of said Product, in the sense that the Product will be suitable for the use usually expected of a similar good and that it will present the characteristics presented at the time of sale.

In the event of recognized non-conformity on a Product sold by the Company, within 30 days following receipt of the Product by the Customer, the Customer may request replacement of the Product unless one of these choices results in a manifestly disproportionate cost for the Company.

If the repair or replacement of the Product is not possible, the Customer may have the price paid refunded and return the Product or keep the Product and have part of the price refunded, unless the lack of conformity is minor. However, the Company cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper use.
